SHIPPING INFORMATION

Derivery methods

We are happy to offer you Shipping by Omniva, Venipak and DPD service, and Ekspress Pasts for orders to Europe. Most orders in Territory Latvia will be ship out within 2-3 days after production

(2 weeks) (please, note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take to 2-3 days to process.

 

Orders out of Latvia will be ship out in 5-14 days. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Splash For Home. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Shipping in Lithuania from 4.00€

Shipping in EU from 15.00€
 

Splash For Home  is not responsible for customs clearance procedures.

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Splash for home is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

RETURN OF GOODS

Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: hello@splashforfome.com

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt. The return of the Goods is only possible if the Goods have retained their external appearance, consumer characteristics, original packaging and labelling.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in their original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are slight signs of use.

The Customer shall have the right to refuse the Goods ordered if they are found to be defective.

When returning the Goods, the Customer may exchange them for similar Goods or receive a refund. The Seller shall bear the costs of delivery in the event of an industrial defect in the Goods. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 working days of receipt of the Goods back from the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right not to change or refund the amount paid for customised goods and orders.
